Gen was walking though the forest with gen to gather leaves to put up to divide the cabin up."Hey Elanie what do you think about this leaf?" Said Gen holding up a fresh green leaf that had just fallen from a tree ,it was bigger than Gen's head.

[Elaine]

Elaine nodded and followed Carian and floating Gen. "Do you want me to tell the story or him?" she asked Carian.

Gen was trying to hear the last of what Carian was saying when he fell asleep. When he awoke Carian was asking him how he got the wound. "Oh... well, Elaine saw something in the ... future and ... she ...um..." He trailed off, trying to regain his breath. After a few moments he continued, "She tugged on my arm and ... started running back ... down the path. But ... when ... I turned I caught my side with ... my ... hook ..." That was all Gen could say for the moment.

Will strolled into the healer's cabin, trying to look nonchalant. If she managed to get by without them noticing her, she could get some salve for her arms - the cutbalm she'd brought from home was running out. As she stepped through the door, she took the scene in in a matter of seconds: the nigh-unconscious Gen, Carian and Elaine standing by, the blood on Gen's tunic. She froze - for a moment, it echoed too nearly the scene of years before: a young healer and her blond assistant bending over the body of a third young person. She almost expected Carian's hair to be long and black, almost thought the splashed blood was green. Then her eyes cleared and she swore. Vehemently. "What happened?"

[Carian]

"You caught yourself with your hook?" she said, biting her lip. "Then do you really think you should have it? Perhaps I could fix something else up for you..." she trailed off, wondering if she could make a sort of artificial hand.
"This dumbbell caught himself with his own hook," she sighed, smiling at Willow as she walked through the door. Now that she knew what state Gen was in, and how she got into it she felt so much calmer.

"Viridicus," she muttered, pointing a finger at Gen to send him into a deep sleep. He'd probably have a lot of dreams... a side-effect of the spell she had yet to smooth out. The spell was a keeper though. Not only did it send the one on the receiving end to sleep; but it also stopped everything in his body. Illnesses, were put on hold. Unfortunately, so were hearts... it was strange how they were most definitely still alive; and could survive for a maximum of two hours without breathing and without their hearts pumping... but magic was magic she supposed.

She quickly mixed some fragranted Calming Tea for herself, Elaine and Willow whispering; "You okay?" to the shapeshifter as she handed it to her. The Tea was supposed to smell like the thing you longed for the most at the time. She looked pointedly at Elaine then;
"Don't think you can wriggle out of this," she smiled slightly. "What were you doing tugging on his arm? Is there something I should know about?" she said, trying to keep a straight face.

She downed her Tea in one, before setting her cup down and getting to work on Gen's salve for his wound.

Will smiled briefly, nodding. She took the tea and gulped it, then scanned around the room. "He got himself with his own hook. Idiot. Is there any way I can help?"

[Elaine]

When Elaine heard Carian's question she turned bright red. "It's not what you think!" she said quickly, knowing that probably sounded suspicious "Gen and I were out collecting leaves when I spotted an old path. I was curious and we went down it. I had a vision of a monster leaping out at us so I grabbed his arm and ran." she explained quickly. Her face was still red "So. Is he gonna be okay? Because if he dies then it's my fault. All my fault." she buried her head in her hands "I've known to many deaths."

[Gen Attolis]

Gen's head dropped like a dead weight. He hadn't felt him self falling asleep. What was it that Carian had said? Vrica? Gen was slightly grateful for the sleep as long as he didn't dream ... nothing was ever good when he dreamed it always came back to Irene ...

[Willow Kaoknur]

Will walked over to the bedside and brushed her hand across Gen's head, checking for a fever. Only after her fingers touched his skin did she realize what she'd done. "Bloody heck..." she hissed.

You know what Gen? You don't have to be so fudging rude! I haven't been getting e-mails, if that's okay with you?! And there's no need to send rude messages either!
